What's a good sim racing format for a corporate event?
A fastest-lap challenge works for any size of event: guests set timed laps and the leaderboard does the rest. For team building, split into teams for a grand prix with qualifying, heats and a final.
Do racing simulators work on an exhibition stand?
Yes. A single sim or a pair fits most stands, and a fastest-lap contest is one of the best ways to stop visitors and start conversations. We work to organisers' build and breakdown times.
Do we need internet on our stand?
No. The sims and leaderboard run completely offline over our own cabled network, so you don't need to pay for stand Wi-Fi.
Can you help us collect leads?
Many clients run a competition with a prize for the fastest lap and take visitors' details when they race. We'll set up the leaderboard to suit your competition.
Do you supply staff to run the sims?
Our crew delivers, sets up and tests every sim before your guests arrive. An attendant can stay to run races, reset the leaderboard and keep the queue moving. Just ask when you book.
Are you insured, and do you supply risk assessments?
Yes. We're part of JM Entertainment, which holds public and employer's liability insurance. Our equipment is PAT tested, and we supply risk assessments when you book, ready for your venue or event organiser.
